La Casa Del Sol began as a small kitchen experiment — a grandmother's handwritten recipes, a stubborn commitment to doing things the right way, and a belief that Mexican food deserves to be taken seriously in every corner of Arkansas.

Today, we still hand-cut our vegetables, grind our own spices, and prepare every tortilla from scratch. Our salsas are made fresh every morning. Our meats are marinated for 24 hours. This isn't a philosophy — it's simply how we were taught, and how we choose to cook.
